By the resolution of June 25, 2019 in case No. 911/2701/17, the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court refused to satisfy the cassation claim of the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine PJSC, upholding the decision of the Kiev Economic Court of Appeal on satisfaction of the claim of the Gardening Partnership Gatne-1 on providing easement by providing Gardening partnership Gatne-1 and its members with the right to travel by vehicle to the land plot being leased through the part of the land plot that is owned by the PJSC "Ukreximbank".
