As far back to the secondary school Lyubomyr made up his mind to become a lawyer.

In 2000 he has won the All-Ukrainian national school legal contest. Along the very same year he has entered the lawschool of National University of Kyiv Mohyla academy.

In 2004 he has graduated from the University and therefore received the bachelorhood. In 2005 has taken his specialist and in 2006 –Master’s degree at that receiving the LL.M. with honors.

Proceeding his studies Lyubomyr participated in “Legal Clinic” experimental educational laboratory obtaining the considerable professional experience of rendering the free of charge legal aid for disadvantaged population. At the same time he has graduated the University’s senior division.

Since 2004 Lyubomyr took place in various business projects, operating the administrative and legal issues. Among them: Ready-to-use business house LLC, Kyiv branch of IWT LLC, representative office of BISONPALFINGER Gmbh in Ukraine.

Since may 2006 Lyubomyr Drozdovskyy has started his practice as associate with Illiashev & Partners Law Firm LLC.

In June 2006 he has passed through the attorney-at-law requalifying examination and therefore has been officially admitted to legal practice in Ukraine.

Along with the legal practice Lyubomyr has passed through the internship holding the rank of the Assistant of the Head of the Committee of the Supreme Council of Ukraine on the legal support of the law enforcement Authorities’ activity.

Receiving the considerable professional experience on the position of the associate with Illiashev & Partners, Mr. Drozdovskyy in tandem with his long-time friend has founded the D&U Partners Law Firm in June 2007 feeling hopeful to put into practice all of his professional and life potential for the purposes of developing the best law firm ever in Ukraine.

On the 22nd of April 2008, Lyubomyr Drozdovskyy was recognized as one of the TOP-50 leading lawyers in Ukraine. The research has been made based on the results of the questionary poll of the corporate lawyers of leading national companies.

In 2011 D&U Partners Law Firm was transformed into Khasin & Drozdovskyy Barristers Association.

Additionally, Lyubomyr is permanently involved in lawmaking activity at that participating in working out the following draft laws:

  • On the civil and duty weapon
  • On the detective activity
  • On introducing amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine pertaining to the humanization of criminal liability
  • On introducing amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Code on Administrative violations of Ukraine pertaining to responsibility for the violation of intellectual property legislation
