Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 31/7 of January 03, 2020 denied the complaint of a representative of a previously dismissed company manager due to the fact that a private notary of the Kyiv City Notarial District had taken registration actions in accordance with the law. The reason for such refusal was the conclusion of the Commission for the consideration of complaints in the field of state registration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated November 28, 2019.

The complainant alleged that the changes to the information about the head of the company, which are listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations without the signature of the previous director, is illegal.

After examining the materials of the registration case, the Commission on the consideration of complaints in the field of state registration confirmed the right of a member of the company to change the head of the company without his consent, because if such requirements really existed, then no owner of the company could change the director without his will, and every director could remain on the post for life.
