We continue to protect the rights of depositors of insolvent banks from illegal actions of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals and its authorized persons
After several successfully completed disputes with PJSC CB “Eurobank” (money was received in full by all 5 individual investors who turned to us for help), PJSC “Dimantbank” (the leasing company with our help, was able to legally set off counter-loan obligations in the amount of their contribution, which the bank categorically did not set off), etc., by the decision of March 16, 2020 in case No. 640/11174/19 the Kyiv District Administrative Court upheld the claims of an individual whose interests are represented by lawyer Igor Khasin, and ordered the DGFI authorized person to liquidate VTB Bank JSC to include information about this person in the list of depositors entitled to return the deposit at the expense of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals.
