On the 23^rd of January, 2019, Northern Appeal Economic Court rejected the appeal of PJSC "Diamantbank", supported by the Guarantee Fund of Individuals Deposits, and left the decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv to satisfy the claims of the leasing company, whose interests were represented by the attorney I. Khasin.

The company received the credit and opened a deposit account in the same time in the same bank. At the moment of introduction of the temporary administration to the bank the company had the homogeneous monetary counter claims (under the Credit contract and the Contract on opening an account). When the temporary administration of the bank refused to enroll these counterclaims on artificially fictional grounds, the company appealed to the Court to terminate the counterclaims. The Court agreed with the arguments of the company and satisfied the claim.
