On the 6^th of March, 2018, The Cassation Economic Court of Ukraine in the Supreme Court has granted a cassation appeal to the construction company, whose interests were represented by the attorney I. Khasin. The decision of the Court of Appeal was canceled, taking into force the decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv to invalidate an additional agreement to the contract concluded by the company with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine under the influence of a grave circumstance.

Expressing principality and ignoring the status of the defendant, the Supreme Court acknowledged that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine used a grave circumstance in case of forcing to sign the additional agreement about the new transfer of flats, which were transferred to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in 2016. That is why the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has implemented the fulfillment of its contractual obligations to pay for flats under the condition of such a new transfer.
