An important stage in Kolo and Geberit trademarks protection in Ukraine is completed
As a result of negotiations with owners of online stores that misused trademarks owned by the Geberit group, as well as effective legal steps, a healthy competitive environment among Geberit vendors was restored.
Despite the lack of legal regulation of the use of trademarks in domain names and the absence of a specified procedure for domain disputes consideration, correct and timely steps may secure legal rights of proprietors of registered trademarks.
