The Supreme Court of Ukraine supported our legal position
On January 27, 2016 the Supreme Court of Ukraine issued a decree which puts an end to the case of recognition as being binding in Ukraine of decision of the Arbitration Court at the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic in case number Rsp 731/09 (Euroecology International Corporation a.s. vs. Dnipropetrovsk city council on recovery of contractual interest).
